But that's just an LLC because governments want tax revenue. More to the point, I'm Travis, and I am most alive when I'm tinkering in my garage solving pain points in my existence. I didn't come from money and my degree is in Liberal Arts. I used to be a roofer. Then I was a high-rise window cleaner. And for the past seven years I've been making things. And thrillingly, they've sold! I have some things around my house that help me choose peace and simplicity throughout the day. Things/products don't bring happiness. Simplicity doesn't make me live simply. But every day I get to choose how I am going to interact with the world. Often this takes a lot of determination. Choosing patience and simplicity in a world always tempting me to frustration and doom scrolling is hard. But every now and then I am honored to create something that makes this choosing a bit easier. Lately that has been Perch. My front and rear entryway's are so much cleaner. And I've been wearing shoes I haven't worn in ages because I wanted to fill each Perch with shoes. And yes I took the photo's and videos on this site in my own home, of my own shoes. That's why they're used and kind of dirty!
